Pricing
Prices are effective as of September 1, 2002, and are subject to change without
notice. All prices are quoted in Canadian funds and Canadian orders will be subject
to GST or HST.*
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling costs are not included in product prices. In Canada an additional
10% will be added to the total cost of your order. International orders are subject
to 15% shipping and handling charges.
We will ship all items by our choice of courier from Toronto. We regret that we
are unable to accommodate requests for shipping via alternative couriers, nor can
we ship collect using your courier account number. Please allow two to three weeks
for order processing and shipping.
Returns
We will make good any errors in shipment and will replace defective materials,
as long as we are notified and goods are returned within 10 business days of receipt
of the materials.
We offer a "no-risk" returns guarantee and will issue a full refund
on any product returned to us in saleable condition within 45 days of the shipping
date.
Customers wishing to return merchandise must first call a customer service representative
for returns information. Return postage costs are at the sender's expense and the
original order's shipping and handling costs will not be refunded unless the product
was shipped in error.

Site Licences
Site licences are available for many of our clinical tools. Please call us at
1-800-661-1111 for more information or to obtain a quotation. Toronto area and outside
continental North America call 416.595.6059.
Examination Copies
Upon request we will forward an examination copy of any book to a college, university
or other accredited academic institution at no charge for a period of 60 days. If
a book is adopted as a course text there will be no charge for the examination copy.
If the book is not adopted as a text and has not been returned to us within 60 days,
an invoice for the cost of the book plus shipping and handling charges will be issued.
Prepayment Policy
Prepayment is required on all orders. Please have credit card or purchase order
information ready when ordering.
