Yoga: These 12-week time-limited sessions will help to decrease anxiety, depression, defensiveness, guilt, tension, hostility and anger (reducing these will have a direct effect on crime and violence in youth). Increase openness to experience, conflict resolution, self-concept, body image, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, and ethical self and spiritual orientation.
