Community Information Forums
on Addiction and Mental Health

These forums offer a greater understanding of emerging mental health and addiction issues, treatments and healthy living strategies.

This is a preliminary schedule only -- please check back here at www.camh.net for updates prior to each event for any scheduling changes and for the latest information on this series.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Community Forums run from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at:

Depression in Young Women
May 7, 2002
Depression is a serious health condition that is twice as common in females as in males, a difference that first appears during adolescence. This forum will highlight emerging knowledge about young women and depression and profile recent efforts involving a participatory process with young women from across the province aimed at helping to protect and prevent depression and reduce the harms it may bring.
