These forums offer a greater understanding of emerging mental health
and addiction issues, treatments and healthy living strategies.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Community Forums run from 6:30 to
8:30 pm at:
Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, ARF site, Meeting Centre,
2nd Floor, 33 Russell St., Toronto
(on the northeast corner of College and Spadina)
Admission is free, but seating is limited and available on a first come
basis.

Depression
in Young Women

Depression is a serious health condition that is twice as common in
females as in males, a difference that first appears during adolescence.
This forum will highlight emerging knowledge about young women and depression
and profile recent efforts involving a participatory process with young
women from across the province aimed at helping to protect and prevent
depression and reduce the harms it may bring.
