Workplace Health Consulting Services addresses a wide range of substance
use and mental health issues, tailored to an organization's needs and
budget. They can work with companies to design mental health and substance
use policies to facilitate information sessions to communicate these policies
to staff, and to train managers, supervisors and employee representatives
in the implementation of these policies in the workplace. Some issues
include: alcohols and drug use in the workplace; mental health in the
workplace; violence in the workplace; understanding, preventing and managing
aggressive behavior; problem gambling and employee assistance programs.
